Through her brother, who works in construction for a company in Brazil, she knew how fulfilling having a hand in delivering monumental projects could be. In 2011, Nathalia moved from Brazil to Canada with her sights set on finding a career in the industry. She had always envisioned herself working on-site, but when given the opportunity to support the hardworking men and women of the trades as a Labour Coordinator at Plan Group, she knew instantly that it would be the perfect position for her.

Now a Labour Specialist, she makes great use of her exceptional organizational skills while still having the chance to interact with members of the construction team every day. She enjoys helping others grow into their roles in the field and is proud to be able to offer apprentices support as they work towards building their careers.

Life as an immigrant is not easy, but Nathalia’s story has taught us that anything is possible when you stay positive and remain dedicated in all that you do. We were so glad to have her as part of #TeamPlanGroup!🎉🙌
