Melissa has been breaking barriers since she attended college to study Electrical Engineering. After completing three co-op terms, she landed a job at Plan Group in 2017, quickly rising to become a Senior Commercial Electrical Project Coordinator.

Her journey is a testament to her determination. Just eight months after she started her job at Plan Group, Melissa was promoted to Fire Alarm Project Coordinator. She has become a shining example to women everywhere who want to pursue a career in construction or any other non-traditional field.

Melissa is a reminder that with passion, hard work, and the courage to challenge stereotypes, anything can be achieved. Her journey proves that the sky is the limit when it comes to pursuing your dreams. We celebrate Melissa and all the women who challenge the status quo and pave the way for
