Virginija's career journey to becoming an Electrical Designer at Plan Group wasn't a straightforward path. She had initially intended to pursue an art career, but her brother's dedication to engineering inspired her to re-evaluate her goals and follow in his footsteps.

Despite the surprise of those around her, Virginija's bold decision to switch career paths set her on a rewarding and fulfilling trajectory that gives her a strong sense of purpose and satisfaction.

Originally from Lithuania, Virginija found a welcoming and supportive community at Plan Group and never felt discouraged or discriminated against for being a woman in a male-dominated field. With determination and hard work, Virginija achieved her goals and hopes to inspire other women who may be hesitant about pursuing a career in engineering or a similar field.
