Pina Lostritto has been an executive assistant for over 20 years, playing a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Inspired by the daring adventures of Indiana Jones, Pina considered becoming an archeologist and pursued a degree in anthropology with a major in archeology. But when the opportunity of a challenging and rewarding career presented itself, she couldn't resist the call of a new adventure to work as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment!

She joined #TeamPlanGroup in 2006, and since then, Pina has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. But for Pina, her job goes beyond administrative tasks, she takes pride in making a tangible impact on the lives of those she supports, ensuring that everything is organized and everyone feels helped.

Pina not only loves Plan Group’s sense of community, but she actively seeks out opportunities to strengthen our connections with others. Since 2020, she has spearheaded our partnership with ANIDA Foodbank, and as our Technology SalesForce CRM lead, she helped establish this powerful tool across the company, further increasing our connectivity and collaboration.

We're proud to have Pina on our team, digging deep into our executive's schedules and unearthing essential tasks and deadlines with the same care and precision as an archeologist uncovering rare artifacts. With her archeological expertise, she brings a unique perspective to the world of executive assistance, and we're thrilled to share her story today.
