Since joining #teamplangroup as an electrician in October of 2000, Amanda Eherke has come to be a leader, a role model, and an inspiration to us all. Ask anyone who has had the pleasure of working with her, and they’ll testify that her can-do spirit and ability to embrace a challenge make her a highly regarded teammate.

With an outstanding record for finding ways to uplift and motivate those around her, it was no surprise when she made history by becoming Plan Group’s first female Forman in 2019! Over the years, she’s gone from Journeyman Electrician to Electrical Foreman, to Shop Steward and Co-Chair Joint Health and Safety Representative—and we hear congratulations are in order, as she was recently promoted into the role of HSE Site Coordinator!

After 22 years of hard work and dedication, we’re proud to have witnessed Amanda seize every opportunity that has come her way because THAT’S the spirit of #TeamPlanGroup!
