MARK STRUZINA

After retiring from his previous career and with his children having flown the nest, Mark decided to challenge himself by venturing into an entirely different path – officially joining skilled trades, and becoming an electrician.

 

His fascination with electricity began during his high school days when he took an introductory course in Electrical Techniques, and the idea of working in this field had always lingered in the back of his mind. Still, life took another path, and he started a completely different career.

Years later, with a lot of free time on his hands, Mark set out as a self-employed electrician, basically as a hobby, but his hunger for knowledge and achievement didn't stop there. Recognizing that there was still much to learn and explore, he became an electrical apprentice.

 

Mark encountered several colleagues significantly younger than him throughout his journey, but he never allowed this age difference to affect his determination or confidence. At Plan Group, he discovered an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where his passion and commitment are highly cherished, and his age is merely a number.
