Alex Suzin's journey with Plan Group began in 2018 when he joined our team as a pre-apprentice. His connection to the skilled trades runs deep; having grown up inspired by a few family of his members who work in this industry, he had a natural understanding of – and appreciation for – the trades.

When it was time to decide on his future career, he chose to go to university to study Social Sciences. However, after graduating and starting to work in the field, he soon realized that his career path did not align with his true passions and desired work-life balance. Recognizing the need for change, he turned to the trades, seeking a fresh start and a career that would bring him a sense of fulfilment.

Now, years later, Alex is proud to be part of a remarkable team that has embraced him unconditionally. The forepersons and his fellow teammates have been instrumental in his personal and professional growth—eager to share their knowledge and expertise, empowering him to reach his full potential.
