Eric Costa's path as an Electrical Apprentice at Plan Group began with a spark of interest back in high school when he developed a fascination for electrical systems during a physics class. His passion illuminated his path, and when the opportunity to join #TeamPlanGroup came up, his enthusiasm truly stood out.

Every time Eric drives by the location of the first project he worked on at Front Street, a surge of pride rushes through him. The feeling of accomplishment and belonging he experiences in those moments is unparalleled, and he's excited to contribute even more to reshaping Canada's landscapes.

With his dedication, passion, and the foundation of knowledge and skills he's acquiring from his team, there's no doubt that Eric's journey will lead to remarkable accomplishments.
