Growing up, Noel spent countless hours assisting his father, a licensed plumber, with various projects. The skills and knowledge he gained during those formative years would prove invaluable later on, but Noel's journey took an unexpected detour when he was offered opportunities to embark on a career as a professional hockey player.

His hockey career was filled with excitement and challenges, but eventually, Noel hung up his skates and faced a crucial decision: what to do next? Following his passion, he chose a career that combined his love for hands-on work with his family's trade background.

Noel's journey with Plan Group saw him involved in some remarkable projects, such as Massey Hall, an iconic Toronto landmark. Leading a team on this historic project filled him with immense pride, knowing that his work contributed to the restoration and preservation of such a cultural treasure.

Despite transitioning from the world of professional sports to construction, Noel's love for hockey never waned. He remains an active member of Plan Group's hockey team, showcasing his determination and teamwork both on and off the ice, and that's why we are proud to have him on #TeamPlanGroup!
