I take great pride in what I do. My experience in the trades, and here at Plan Group, has made me stronger, smarter, and confident that I can achieve anything I set my mind to."

Jeff Pfeiffer has worked diligently in the trades for the past 24 years. Nine of those years have been spent working with us here at Plan Group, where he is now supporting our team as a full-time Service Electrician Foreman.

He discovered his love for the trades earlier than most while working in auto mechanics at only 14 years old! As time went by, he moved on to try his hand at plumbing, as well as Heating and HVAC, before finally making the leap to a career in the electrical trades—and right away, he knew it was where he was meant to be.

Over the years, Jeff has realized that there is never a shortage of things to learn when it comes to the electrical trades. His thirst for knowledge motivates him to ask lots of questions and absorb as much information as possible. He’s always looking for ways to elevate his diverse skill set and encourages his team members to do the same.

Some teams have a Jack-of-all-trades, but #TeamPlanGroup has a JEFF-of-all-trades, and we couldn’t be more proud to share his inspiring story with you all!
